The contact form may collect your name, email, telephone if voluntarily supplied, property location if voluntarily supplied, message or enquiry, and necessary technical or security information where applicable. We use this information only to receive enquiries, respond to enquiries, provide requested information and manage requests related to a possible GESOTI service relationship. GESOTI does not currently run a newsletter or use enquiry data for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis and service providers
Processing is necessary to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before a possible service relationship. Framer provides website and form functionality. Google Workspace is used for business email. Your data is not sold.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry data for the time needed to manage the enquiry and any applicable legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by emailing info@gesoti.com. You may also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency where applicable.
